SEALING PROPERTIES
Fast drying concrete damp-proof coating.
Can be applied effectively with a brush, paint roller or sprayer.
Soap and water clean up.
Environmentally responsible. VOC content as low as 59 g/L.
Suitable for indoor application without specialized paint areas.
Nearly three times the coverage of typical tar or asphalt based products (300 – 350 sq. ft. per gallon).
Smooth, hard, polymer film that protects against water intrusion.
Wide range of standard colors.
Custom colors available upon request.

VISCOSITY: 2000 – 4000 centapoise
DENSITY: CS-55 black: 9.4-10.0 lbs/gal
CS-55 red: 9.4-10.0 lbs/gal
CS-55 gray: 9.6-10.2 lbs/gal
CS-55’s density varies by color. To inquire about the density of other CS-55 colors, contact ConSeal.
MIX INSTRUCTIONS: Mix lightly prior to use to assure homogenous mix
CURE TIME: Dry to touch in 30-60 minutes at 77°F/50% RH. Subsequent coating application may begin once the previously applied coating is dry to the touch. Complete curing is typically complete in 7 days
RECOMMENDED FILM THICKNESS: 2.0 – 5.0 mils dry (5 – 11 mils wet)
COVERAGE RATE: 344 ft2/gal yields 2 mil dry coverage
229 ft2/gal yields 3 mil dry coverage
172 ft2/gal yields 4 mil dry coverage
138 ft2/gal yields 5 mil dry coverage
