Quick Overview

  • Gravity Discharge of DCS Liquid Color from the measuring vessel to the concrete mixer. This feature eliminates the need for a second set of pumps to move material from the measuring vessel to the mixer.

  • PVC type “N” diaphragm valves equipped with NEMA I 3–way solenoids. These valves are rugged, and when opened provide virtually unrestricted ?ow of material.

  • 5 gallon capacity domed bottom measuring vessel to insure complete emptying at the end of each cycle.

  • Automated clean cycle. In this mode of operation, the system automatically cleans itself and returns all unused color to the storage drums for future use

  • A highly sensitive solid state weighing system to insure that the correct amount of DCS Liquid Color is delivered to each batch.

  • A batch ticket printer to provide hard copy documentation of the exact amount of each color delivered to the batch.

  • Adjustable length clear water rinse at the end of each discharge cycle to completely empty the measuring vessel.

  • Rugged and reliable variable speed peristaltic pumps equipped with pipe and valve manifolds to allow two–way ?ow of DCS Liquid Color during the automated clean cycle.

  • Solid state microprocessor controls, including touch sensitive full color video interface.
