SPEC-CLEAN is a complete heavy duty concrete and masonry cleaner, designed specifically to clean dirt, grime, food, beverage and oil stains from decorative concrete, interlocking concrete paving stones, brick, clay tile and most other surfaces. It is an easy to use, safe, biodegradable cleaner that does not form noxious fumes or damage lawns or flower beds. SPEC-CLEAN is concentrated and can be diluted with up to 10 parts water. Its dilution rate with water determines the cleaning power.

COVERAGE

100-3000 sq.ft./gal. Coverage rates vary depending on dilution rate, surface porosity, texture, age and condition of the concrete, the application method and other local conditions.

APPLICATION

For Interior Sealed Concrete Cleaning: Remove excess dirt and debris by sweeping or vacuuming the floor. For maintenance clean-ing dilute 1-1/2 cups of Spec-Clean per one gallon of water and mop surface. Rinsing is not necessary for maintenance cleaning. For deep cleaning dilute 1 quart of Spec-Clean to 1 gallon of water, scrub with an automatic floor scrubber of stiff bristle nylon brush. Rinse with a clean mop and water. For interior unsealed concrete follow the method for exterior concrete.

For Exterior Concrete Cleaning: Protect grass and shrubs from direct contact, especially in sunny areas. Remove excess dirt and debris from surface to be cleaned. Dampen the surface with water before applying Spec-Clean, especially during warm weather. It is best to start out with a light solution and add more cleaner until you get the best results. Apply Spec-Clean to the surface with a pump-up sprayer, broom or mop and allow to stand 2-4 minutes. Scrub surface with an automatic floor scrubber or stiff bristle nylon brush. Rinse immedi-ately with water using a hose and nozzle or pressure washer. If a pres-sure washer or mechanical scrubber is used, hand scrubbing may not be necessary. If the cleaner dries on the surface, reapply and con-tinue. Once the surface is clean rinse thoroughly with clean water, until all suds have disappeared. Allow surface to dry for 24 hours be-fore applying sealer.
