Integrated motion sensor detects when the room is occupied and turns the fan on. Once the room is vacated, the fan continues to run for a preset amount of time to make sure proper ventilation has occurred. Sensor can be set from 30 seconds to 80 minutes.

Integrated humidistat senses the humidity level of the room and turns the fan on until the humidity level is below the preset percentage. Humidity level can be set up to 80% relative humidity.

INCLUDED 26 watt high efficacy fluorescent lamp provides about the equivalent of 100 watts of incandescent lighting.

4 watt night-light (bulb not included).

Easily installs using the included adjustable hanging brackets.
