    Arc Flash Gloves: An arc is caused by electrons pushing off between conductors and it creates a lot of heat. Arc flashes can reach 35,000°F and workers up to 23 feet (two car lengths) can suffer second-degree burns. The point of arc flash gloves (or any arc flash-rated protective equipment for that matter) is to limit your chance of receiving burns from an arc flash.
    • Goat-grain leather is treated with Oilbloc™ for unbeatable oil resistance and Waterstop™ for excellent water, oil, and stain-repellent properties
    • Goatskin is exceptionally tough and abrasion resistant with a high strength-to-weight ratio
    • Seamless-knit, cut-resistant Kevlar® lining for moderate cut protection
    • Driver style slips on easily and has elastic backs for snug fit
    • Arc flash testing placed these gloves at level 4, with an Arc Thermal Performance Value (ATPV) of 41 cal/cm²
