Jancy™ Slugger® 15/16" Annular Cutter has 1" depth of cut and features unique center-free design that produces reamed quality, burr-free holes in one operation, eliminating costly pilot holes and step drilling. Cutter incorporates 3/4" shank and reduces torque and horsepower requirements by cutting only the periphery of the hole, ejecting the remaining centre as a slug. It is effective when drilling material has inconsistent composition and ideal when increased feed rates are necessary and extending tool life between sharpening is desirable. It is perfect for drilling hard machine and inconsistent materials. It drills 3 times faster than twist drills with coolant fed cutting edges. It eliminates time consuming and produces resharpenable cutting edges.
