AEC Premier Coconut ECBs are designed to provide temporary protection for grass seed and topsoil during the germination and progressive revegetation and root system development stages.
AEC Premier Coconut ECB, as manufactured by American Excelsior Company, shall be made from the finest quality strands of coconut fiber. AEC Premier Coconut ECB shall be comprised of coconut fiber. The coconut fiber shall be evenly distributed in ECB form and stitched to a UV enhanced heavy black net on top and bottom. The ECB performance shall be supported by an ASTM protocol test result.
