DESCRIPTION

CERTI-SHINE FIXATIVE is the only product in the market today that helps remove unwanted excess or residual unreacted silicate from polished concrete, one of the main causes of polished concrete food staining. Certi-Shine Fixative is the crucial middle step in providing true stain resistance for polished concrete. Use when installing a Certi-Shine Clear FSR or Certi-Shine MicroStain FSR floor. Using this product will increase the chemical resistance of polished concrete. See TN 30 Chemical Resistance Chart. Certi-Shine Fixative is designed for use on polished concrete surfaces previously densified with Certi-Shine Clear.

SURFACE PREPARATION

After the concrete has been densified to rejection with CertiShine Clear and high speed burnished, it is ready for the Certi-Shine Fixative rinsing process.

APPLICATION

• Certi-Shine Fixative should not be diluted or altered
• Apply with low pressure (20-50 PSI) pump-up sprayer at 500 sq. ft/gallon.
• Follow immediately/close behind with a walk behind scrubber or mop and wet/dry vacuum using plenty of water to rinse the surface completely.
• Do not allow Certi-Shine Fixative to dry prior to rinsing
• Always rinse the surface more than once
• Once the concrete is completely rinsed, polishing can begin immediately, if desired.
