Tuff-Scrim™ Poly TS6FR is a fire retardant, 6 mil extrusion laminated reinforced film. Tuff-Scrim is made oftwo layers of a fire retardant, low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and one layer of polyester string reinforcement scrim. Tuff-Scrim™ Poly TS6FR passes the NFPA 701 Large Scale Flame retardant test and has a Class I, Class A flame spread rating per UBC-42 and ASTM E-84. Tuff-Scrim™ Poly TS6FR is significantly stronger and more tear resistant than standard 6 mil poly films. The extrusion lamination process and high strength reinforcement scrim make this film exceptionally strong. Tuff-Scrim™ Poly TS6FR meets or exceeds ASTM E1745 Class C Standard (Plastic water vapor retarders used in contact with soil or granular fill under concrete slabs). Added UV inhibitors give Tuff-Scrim TS6FR an expected longevity in fully exposed outdoor conditions of at least 10 months. Custom fabrication is available to meet your specifications, including 3 dimensional configurations. Sizes up to 100' x 200' can be produced. Standard in Natural (white).
