Surface Preparation: All existing surfaces must be structurally sound solid and completely clean to include the removal of form release, existing sealers or paints, patching compounds, weak or loose areas, dust, dirt, oil or any other contaminant which may act as a bond breaker. Where required to obtain a solid surface, substrate penetration must be by mechanical means such as sandblasting or grinding. Mixing Instructions: Measure accurately. Water to be added to the mix as follows: Add the grout to clean water, mix only as much as can be used in 15 minutes. Water requirements are approx. as follows (per 50lb bag): DRY PACK-3L, PLASTIC-4.5L, FLOWABLE-5L, and FLUID-5.6L. Water requirements will vary depending on temperature. Gently add no more than ½ bag at a time to the mixing container and mix thoroughly and continuously to avoid lumps in mix. Mix only what can be used as the final mix will set up very quickly. Application Procedure: Use a steel trowel. Fill form from all four sides and make sure that material is fully packed into the open cavity of the form Set Time: Approximately 20 minutes depending on the temperature and humidity at time of application. Use warm mixing water in cold temperatures to help increase set time. If product begins to set in the bucket, re-mix by hand or use a mixing paddle and drill to re-temper. Do not add water! Bucket Life: Approximately 5 minutes depending on temperature and humidity.
