Mixing Instructions: Measure out desired amount of dry material. Put required amount of water into mixing container first and then add dry powder. To mix, use either a low speed drill with paddle or pointer trowel. Consistency should be similar to pancake batter. Add about 19%-21% water per kilogram of dry powder (4.54L per 22.7kg). Do not re-temper mix by adding additional water once product starts to set. This product is formulated to take up to an additional 15lbs of aggregate to enhance the look of your finished project. Be sure to use dry aggregate as wet sand will change your water requirement. Application Procedure: Gently pour the mix into the mould. Vibrate mould to help release air bubbles. When pouring very thick projects fill mould partially, vibrate briefly and then fill balance of mould. When de-moulding the finished product, handle gently and support product evenly. The project can be demoulded in as little as 15-30 minutes depending on mould size; a test project is recommended to help familiarize you with the product. Allow product to cure 3 hours before active handling. Color: Available in grey or white. Limitations: Product should be poured into mould within 2-3 minutes of mixing. Temperature at time of application may not be lower than 5°C/41°F. Set time will vary depending on air temperature. Product can be accelerated using warm water (40°C/104°F max) and slowed using ice-cold water
